Dr. Nalini Kaushik
Managing Director
Dr. Nalini Kaushik is a medically trained public policy professional. With her interest in the access dimension of health she counsels healthcare, pharmaceuticals and medical technology clients on diverse regulatory and policy issues to bring the required coherence to policy challenges, government regulations and patient outcomes. She works at the intersection of policy and political outcomes using inter-disciplinary approaches and stakeholder collaborations.
In past, she served as the Head- Policy and Partnerships at Aequitas Consulting Pvt. Ltd. where she worked with clients such as WHO-SEARO, PHFI, PPHF, pharmaceutical organizations and health technology firms. Some of the key areas of her work include anti-microbial resistance, access to medicines (and IP rights), rare diseases policy, access to affordable (Rh) insulin, TMR for medical devices in India.
She holds a Master’s in Public Policy from the National Law School of India University (NLSIU) Bangalore and Bachelors in Dental Surgery from MDU, Haryana.
Dr. Devasheesh Mathur

Dr. Devasheesh Mathur is an Assistant Professor in the department of Healthcare Management at Goa Institute of Management, with valuable prior experiences at policy think tanks and start-ups. He works as a consultant for intergovernmental organizations like World Health Organization and government agencies like National Health Agency on various projects related to policy monitoring and impact evaluations.
He is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IIT-B) and earned his doctorate from the School of Public Policy and Governance, Management Development Institute (MDI) Gurgaon.
Ivanna Bagul
Associate- Policy and Partnerships
She is a trained public policy professional from Azim Premji University, Bangalore and holds a bachelor's degree in Sociology from St. Xavier's, Calcutta. An amalgamation of her educational background provided her with the theoretical knowledge to understand the systematic inequalities. Her interest lies in health and gender issues.

Dr. Bobby John
Managing Director Æquitas Consulting
Dr. Bobby John is Managing Director of Aequitas Consulting Pvt. Ltd. He trained to be a physician at the Armed Forces Medical College, Pune, but stepped out of a career with the Indian Army to work among the rural poor in village Kedgaon of Maharashtra, India. He subsequently co-founded (in 2004) Global Health Advocates (Switzerland/France/India) where he worked with Indian and other national governments, international agencies and civil society organizations on issues related to health governance, finance, development and foreign policy to improve health in India and beyond.
He has been a part of implementing local and global responses to infectious diseases programs, particularly Tuberculosis. He has served as a member on the developing country NGO board delegation of the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, TB and Malaria (2006–2010, and also served as the chair of its ethics committee. He also served as the advocacy and public affairs lead for the India office of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (2010–2011) and as the HIV/AIDS coordinator for World Vision India (2001–2002). He currently advises two Bangalore based biotechnology startups in the diagnostics space.

Dr K Srikanth Reddy is a Founding Member and Vice-President of Research and Policy with Urban Health 360, USA. He is also a scientist with Bruyere Research Institute, University of Ottawa, a faculty member with Institute for Pandemics, University of Toronto, and a Senior Fellow with WHO Collaborating Centre for Knowledge Translation and Health Technology Assessment in Health Equity, Ottawa, Canada. He has expertise in global health policy, global health governance, and diplomacy. His global health research program focuses on two pillars – 1) global health governance and 2) global health diplomacy, built on multidisciplinary research partnerships and collaborations from India, Canada, Australia, Switzerland, the USA, the UK, the Caribbean region and the WHO. He also works with United Nations agencies and federal governments.
Kamal Narayan Omer

Kamal is the CEO of Integrated Health and Wellbeing (IHW) Council, a New Delhi-based premier institution for Health Awareness, Advocacy & Behavior Change. In past, he worked with India’s leading media houses including Hindustan Times, Financial Chronicle, United News of India (UNI) and Press Trust of India (PTI) where he reported the dismal reach of healthcare among Indians.
He is a passionate health wholistic health promoter who brings together approximately two decades of professional experience of working as a journalist and a health communicator.
